Web 2.0 tools on the Library's public PCs

Annabel & I were talking the other day about what programs we'd discovered during 2.0/2.1 that it would be good to have on the public PC's.

Firefox (tabbed web browsing)
Picnik (photo editing)

What others?

OpenOffice/google docs instead of Microsoft Office?
Google Chrome, Flock, Safari (web browsers)
Zamzar for file conversion?

What other programs would you like to see on the public pc's?

Readable Christmas Presents - a reprise

This is the second time I am attempting to post this - the last time I had almost finished and lost the whole lot! One bad thing about blog posting on the ning is that it doesn't save automatically.

This post is inspired by Gonty's tweet to us all on Christmas morning in which he… Continue
